Lacrosse Girls Win Again
Covered last week the Edinburgh University Lacrosse team's match against London in the BUSA (British Universities Sports Association) quarter final for the Student Newspaper. It was the first time I've seen a lacrosse match and I have to say it's a very enjoyable sport to watch (except when it's snowing!). Lots of goals - Edinburgh Uni won 12 - 8. The girls have finished runners up in the BUSA final four years in a row, but will be looking to win it this year as the favourites Loughborough (a highly sports orientated uni) are already out of the competition.
