Shetland Remembers
Images of Shetlanders lost in the Second World War were projected onto the north wall of Lerwick Town Hall last night, ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
The image projected on the right is of my Grand Uncle, George Magnus Gifford, who was killed in action at the Second Battle of El Alamein, October 1942. He was 22 years old.
