Sinuhé Padilla
Sinuhé Padilla of Los Vega working the crowd at the 2026 Shetland Folk Festival. Across his chest is a leona - a four-stringed, guitar-shaped instrument whose body is traditionally hollowed from a single piece of cedar. Its name, “lioness”, fits the deep voice it brings to son jarocho music.
